Vicki is an experienced facilitator and consultant with an extensive background in the areas of Impact and Influence, Leadership and Management, and Sales and Business Development.

Her training career began in 2002, based out of Sydney and through the years she has worked in, Europe, Africa and the Middle East as well as Australia and New Zealand. Her clients included: ANZ Bank, Westpac Banking Group, Coca Cola Amatil & Television New Zealand. Today Vicki is based out of London and she works with: Kearney, CASS Business School, AIG Life, Biogen, McDonalds, RELX/Elsevier, NESTLE, Deutsch Bank, ANZ Bank, Hutchison Telecoms, Freeman, KPMG, and various Investment Banks.

Vicki works with senior leaders to get the best out of them and is passionate about her work. She can adapt her delivery style, is interactive with a lot of high-energy practical exercise and has the ability to adapt to a wide range of audiences and capture a room. Vicki believes in challenging individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full potential and so she advocates values-based approaches, psychological safety and positive psychology to help people to grow, to be successful and happy in these ever-changing times.

Vicki is an experienced facilitator and Consultant with an extensive background in the areas of Sales & Service and Organizational Change. Vicki has hands on experience leading a Global Transformation project within Thomas Cook & Westpac Banking Corporation in Asia Pacific. These programmes were successful and changed the culture of these organisations in the region from a service to a sales culture.

Vicki grew up in New Zealand and identifies as a ‘Global Citizen’ because she has worked across industry in many parts of the world for most of her life. She began her career in Financial Services working as part of a Learning & Development team, before joining Thomas Cook to partner in a more strategic capacity within APAC.

Her consulting career began in 2002, based out of Sydney where her clients included: ANZ Bank, Westpac Banking Group, Coca Cola Amatil & Television New Zealand.Today Vicki is based out of London and she works with: Kearney, CASS Business School, AIG Life, Biogen, McDonalds, RELX/Elsevier, NESTLE, Deutsch Bank, ANZ Bank, Hutchison Telecoms, Freeman, KPMG, and various Investment Banks

Coaching, Engaging & Inspiring Others, Executive Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Networking, Consultative Selling and Negotiation Skills feature as her core subjects.
