King’s Business School

Victor Martin-Sanchez is a Teaching Fellow in Management at King's Business School. He received his PhD from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). During his doctoral degree he was a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) and Concordia University (Canada).

Victor's main research interests fall at the intersection of entrepreneurship and family firms. More specifically, his main research is related with the new venture growth phases and the impact on job creation and regional development. His research has been presented at international conferences such as Academy of Management Conference, DRUID, RENT, ESA, among others.

Additionally, Victor is running lab experiments with entrepreneurs aiming to analyse individuals’ behaviour and connecting such results with primary and secondary business data. Visit Victor’s scholar profile.
