I am based in: Medellin

I was referred to THNK by Claudia Valladares.

I am the Founder and Managing Director of Vida Mia, an incubator & social enterprise in Medellin, Colombia focused on women heads of the households. The incubator is focused on providing a full suite of tools to participants to allow them to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to be able to support themselves and their families. Vida Mia support includes training & seminars, mentors, networking within the business community, job opportunities, and a co-working space, as well as a component of the incubator that supports the successful development of the entrepreneurial ideas of program participants through resources, services and funding.

For the past two years, I have also served as a Managing Director at Transfer CAP, a boutique Beijing-based investment and advisory firm I co-founded focusing on China’s cleantech industry.

Prior to Transfer CAP, I held various positions at Schneider Electric SA, including Project Scheduler and Technical Coordinator, within their Power division where sI focused on low and medium voltage, and renewable energies solution systems.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Belfort Montbeliard UTBM, in France and hold a Master’s Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris with a concentration in Industrial Management and Logistics Systems. My education also includes studies at Graduate Level International Business Programs at Boston University and the Sorbonne in Paris.

In her spare time, I enjoy running half-marathons, road biking, and exploring new places and cultures.
