I am based in: Amsterdam

I am an artist and an entrepreneur.

I founded a word-of-mouth marketing agency Buzzaar.eu with clients such as  L''Oreal, Nestle, Nenkel, Novartis, SCA, InBev, P&G, Colgate-Palmolive, J&J. Today Buzzaar works in 15 countries. I find international business so fascinating as it gives me the opportunity to travel, learn new cultures and face new challenges from local features. We developed a franchise partnership and it''s growing as a passionate international community.

I came to the Netherlands for the first time as an international student in 1999 and fell in love with the country. I returned to Russia with new energy and ideas and launched 11 companies.

In Amsterdam, I attend the easylaughs.nl comedy improvisation studio, which gives me much more than just a sense of humour.

My main value is freedom, and I spread this vision across business as well as the company and team. I know that everyone can work in a company with a real sense of freedom and conduct business with joy and fun. I would like to share my ideas and experience with other entrepreneurs and those who are thinking of starting a business or changing their usual way of working.
