Biography

Mendoza College of Business

Walter’s research interests include Financial Contracting, Information Asymmetry, Mortgage Markets and Institutions, Real Estate and Securitization. His current research studies the economic effect of transaction costs and information asymmetry. Walter earned his Ph.D. in Real Estate from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business and teaches courses in real estate.
