Guanghua School of Management

Professor Hui WANG is a Professor of Organizational and Strategic Management Department at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. His research interest focuses on the Chinese leadership behavior and practices, team innovation,human resource management, organizational culture, etc.

Professor Wang has written numerous scholarly articles, which have appeared in many publications including Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Process, Personnel Psychology,Management and Organization Review, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and so forth. He is an editorial board member of Journal of World Business, Service Business,Advances in Psychological Science, Economic Science.
