CityU College of Business

Wayne is a professor of finance at the College of Business. He was the Assistant Dean (Executive Education) in 2016-2019. His areas of research and teaching include corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, financial accounting, and capital markets. He is a CFA®charterholder.
