William Moretti

My name is Bill Moretti. I have proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing creative investment strategies & solutions for the Structured Finance industry - both buy- and sell-sides.

My expertise covers all sectors within structured finance including Agency Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS), Non-Agency RMBS, Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO's), Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS). Proven success in managing risk through financial crises.

My interests span academic and environmental issues. I am currently teaching graduate and undergraduate programs on Fixed Income Analysis, Investment Analysis and Derivatives at Rutgers University Business School. I'm a Board member at The Human Impacts Institute, located in Brooklyn, NY. I am also an active volunteer on the Cranford Green Team working to keep our community greener and cleaner.

On both a personal and professional basis, I have a very keen interest in disruptive technology, demographics and mindfulness within the workplace. I believe that the confluence of these areas, is extremely important for the future of business and social development.
