I have a depth of experience dealing with retirement plans, retiree health care, health & welfare plans, flexible benefits, consumer-directed health plans, employee surveys, focus groups, electronic documentation - including internet and intranet communication.

I chaired the Benefits Communication Committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plan .
