Biography
Yiran Li is Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and Public Administration at the University of Macau. She obtained a Ph.D. in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong, and an M.Phil and an MA in Social Sciences from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and an LL.B from Shanghai International Studies University. Dr. Li's research focuses on China’s political economy as well as on the public policy, especially information management in authoritarian regimes, environment politics, and emergency management. Her articles have published on China Economic Review, American Review of Public Administration, Public Administration and Development.
