Biography

Renmin Business School

Prof. Feng serves at the Department of Organization and Human Resources and is a full-time instructor of MBA and EDP programs at Renmin University. She used to be the Assistant to Dean of the Business School at Renmin University and Director of EMBA Centre. She has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Babson Business School, Lancaster University and Aarhus Business School.

Prof. Feng has been the Module Director of IMPM Program for 5 consecutive years; one of the founders and Module Director of CMPM Program. She is a member of the National MBA Steering Committee ‘Management Communication’ Organizing Group; Executive Director of the Academic Committee of China Human Resources Theory and Practice Alliance.

Prof. Feng has published many books and academic papers. Her main research areas include: Leadership, communication, action learning, human resource management, organizational culture. She has lectured in many MBA, EDP and EMBA programs. She received the Top 10 Outstanding Instructors Award by Renmin University because of outstanding teaching service.

Prof. Feng has also provided management consultancy and training services to many public and private companies in China, including Zhongshui Group Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., Founder Group, State Grid, Datang Energy, China Development Bank Beijing Branch, Weifang Bank, Minsheng Bank Credit Card Center, CNOOC, Yunnan Hongta Group, Jiangsu Mobile, Ping An Insurance, Sinopec Yangzi Company, Jiangsu Organization Department, Guangxi University Business School, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics School of Management etc.
