Mamucium International was founded to develop Conscious Leaders to embody their Soul's Purpose and create Belonging that transforms Cultures and Society into a more diverse, integrated, healthier, safer and more beautiful place to live and work.

Using creative and pioneering processes developed over 30 years, she teaches Conscious Leaders and Exec Coaches how to embody their Authentic Purpose to work systemically to facilitate Constellation Processes and illuminate the hidden, complex relationship systems to bring clarity, health and fresh resources back to the system.

Zena integrates universal wisdom by using the creative power of myth, metaphor and symbolism in her work.

The Systemic Constellations Training Programmes she runs, takes Conscious Leaders on a Journey from basic awareness to Wise Eldership.
