Guanghua School of Management
Zhi LIU is an Assistant Professor at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. She received her Ph.D. in management at Columbia Business School, Columbia University in 2015. Her research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, decision-making, and cultural psychology. The specific topics include business ethics, organizational justice, psychology of corruption, cultural norms, cross-cultural interactions, and organizational and social cultural transformation.
