Ziyi Wei

Dr. Ziyi Wei joined Nottingham University Business School in January 2020 as an Assistant Professor in Strategy. Prior to this, She worked as a lecturer in Chinese studies at the University of Sheffield. Ziyi was awarded her PhD in International Business and Strategy from Henley Business School, University of Reading.

Areas of Expertise

Outward foreign direct investment (FDI) from emerging markets, internationalization strategies of Chinese multinational enterprises (MNEs), and performance of Chinese MNEs and their subsidiaries. Dr. Ziyi Wei is interested in supervising PhD students in Chinese inward and outward FDI.
