I am a senior Finance, Strategy and Operations leader with over 15 years’ experience guiding executive teams, Boards, government agencies, and operational teams in business sustainability and expansion across diverse organizations: Fortune 100’s, startups, private equity, and non-profits.

I develop future business strategy, manage execution and cultivate an accountable, resilient culture that inspires positive behavioral change. My professional history is progressive, spanning the financial, life sciences and emerging technology industries.

• Co-Founder and CFO of biotech company leading treatment of debilitating oral conditions caused by cancer. • Managed business transformation of NJ’s largest developmental disabilities service provider. • Underwrote $400M in equity, debt and real estate transactions. • Valued 300+ private equity portfolio companies worth $30B. • Developed and managed merger and acquisition, organic growth, valuation, economic, and GAAP modeling across multiple asset classes. • Controller for $1.4B in IT implementation projects.
