Ally now works with leaders and organisations to build their leadership capability, specifically around Courageous Conversations. Her approach has been described as ‘modern, fresh and uplifting’, Ally combines her years of leadership experience with neuro-science and linguistic expertise to cut through and get to the root cause of the problem.
