SDA Bocconi School of Management
Angela Perego is SDA Professor of Information Systems. She is Contract Professor, Department of Management and Technology, at Bocconi University.
At SDA Bocconi, she was member of the "Claudio Demattè" Research Division Committee from 2003 to 2008. She conducted numerous research, training and consulting projects with companies operating in the food, retail, energy and manufacturing industry.
Her research activities focus on omnichannel customer relationship management, big data and analytics and IS performance management systems. The first is the impact of digital technologies on the customer experience. The second relates to business intelligence and analytics and their contribution to big data exploitation and decision making process improvement. The third focuses on the role of performance measurement systems in information systems department.
She is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject. Her works have been published in Performance & Management, Economia & Management and Sistemi & Impresa.
Angela earned a Degree in Management and Production Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan, a Ph.D. in Information Systems from LUISS University in Rome and a Ph.D in Sciences de Gestion from the Paris Dauphine University.
