The Kets de Vries Institute

As an Executive Coach, Anna Urnova specialises in helping her clients to thrive in times of change: be it leaders’ personal transition to a new career, role, business and cultural environment; or big scale business transformations that executives are leading within their companies. She focuses on maximising leadership potential, while constructively dealing with derailing factors in personal and organisational development. Anna provides support to individuals and teams looking to improve performance and effectiveness, develop personal and organisational innovation capabilities, and design and implement self-sustaining coaching culture in teams and companies.

In coaching others, Anna benefits from her knowledge of the corporate world gained through 17 years of work experience in multinational companies such as Ernst & Young, Reuters, BAT and PepsiCo. She successfully developed her career from internship to VP of Human Resources. As a member of an ExCo for the last 7 years, Anna led major business, organisational and cultural integrations. During her career, Anna has been exposed to working cross-functionally, cross-culturally and internationally. She is an expert in change management and has extensive hands-on experience in supporting big scale organisational transformations in Russia and elsewhere.

Since 2000, alongside her corporate career, Anna also practices as an executive coach to top management and a mentor to high potential leadership talent. People and teams coached by her are successfully operating across different businesses in Russia, and many are returning clients.
