Anne Samyn

Anne is an Executive Leadership Coach with the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre since 2004. In this role, she delivers group and individual executive coaching to senior executives and board members on open enrolment, company specific, as well as board specific programmes across the globe. She is Head Coach on a new and unique global E-Master at Ecole Polytechnique, X, Université Paris Saclay. As a coach, she collaborates with IMD, Kets de Vries Institute in addition to working with the Vlerick business school and is also an Associate Director with Talking Talent Ltd., assisting organisations in retaining valuable women and helping these senior executives perform to their full potential. With a successful track record of over 20 years in the Executive Search industry, Anne gained extensive experience in the field of business, team and human development as a Partner with The Amrop Hever Group, the world‘s largest Executive Search firm. Prior to that, she held similar positions with two of the top global players: Spencer Stuart Management Consultants and Korn Ferry International, both global leading providers of Executive Human Capital solutions. Passionate about helping people reach their full potential in addition to inviting more balance and lightness into their lives, Anne combines her strengths in business experience with leadership development methods based on the psychodynamic approach to coaching; a highly effective way to foster self-awareness and individual insight that ultimately leads to high individual as well as organisational performance.

Anne is Belgian and the proud mom of three grown children. She devotes what spare time she has to her family, horseback riding and supporting charities. In addition to a Master’s degree in “Social Communications” (IHECS), and a Master’s degree in Human Resources (Vlerick Business School), she holds an Executive Master’s degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD and has undergone training in neuroscience at MIT. She is certified in the use of several psychometric tools.
