Antwerp Management School
Banu Golesorkhi is responsible for the Research Centre of Pharos International, a Brussels-based company specializing in intercultural and people dimensions of business globalization. She is responsible for the design and implementation of commissioned research projects globally. Her expertise includes developing intercultural awareness and competence, building trust across cultures and management of international assignments. Banu is an executive faculty of Antwerp Management School as well as a member of the international faculty of the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education and Vlerick Business School.
Banu has a Doctorate, with Distinction, from the George Washington University in Human and Organizational Learning. She also has a Masters degree in Sociology and a Bachelors degree in Human Ecology. She was born in Iran and educated in Switzerland and the United States. She currently lives and works in Brussels, Belgium.
Specialties: Assessing and developing intercultural competence, teaching dynamic research-based courses in intercultural awareness and management, global mobility and building trust across cultures. She also designs and managers organizational research projects.
