Ben Goodrich''s primary research area is quantitative analysis, focusing on developing algorithms to understand social and political problems. Before joining the SIPA faculty, Goodrich taught in the Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences master''s program at Columbia where he is now a Lecturer and was a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia''s Applied Statistics Center. He received his Ph.D in Government and Social Policy from Harvard University in 2010.
