Carlos Royo is PhD in Social Psychology and Organizations from University of Barcelona (Spain) and University of Sunderland (UK), Master's degree in Human Resources (Polytechnic University of Catalonia and EAE Business School (Spain) and MSc Psychology, Industrial and Clinical Psychology (University of Salamanca, Spain). He has has Certificated for External Coach Intensive (ECI) In Columbia Business School (New York). He has been Manager of Training, Development and Selection People at RACC (Insurance Sector) company with more than 2.000 people for the last 8 years. Previously, he was responsible of Department of Leadership and development in Banco Sabadell for 5 years and worked at companies as ADECCO or RENAULT, linked to the management of Human Resources. He is currently Professor of the subject LEAD (Leadership Assessment and Development) in ESADE Business School, where he works the development of professional skills focused on leadership by the model of Intentional Change (Boyatzis). He also teaches Psychology of Organizations and Organizational Behavior in several Masters of University of Barcelona, where he is also associate professor and he¿s taught Leadership Program in Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio). Author of articles related to competence management and its application in professional environments.
