Christiane Bode is an assistant professor at Bocconi University in the Department of Management and Technology. She received her Ph.D. from INSEAD. Her research examines corporate social engagement from the employee perspective; she is particularly interested in the drivers of employee participation in firm activities with an explicit societal mandate, and performance consequences related to such engagement.
