Dr Chul Chung has expertise in Human Resource Management in international contexts, combining academic and practical experiences.
Chul Chung is an Associate Professor in International Human Resource Management at Henley Business School, specialising in International Human Resource Management. His broad research interests encompass the areas of intersections between international business, human resource management, strategic management and organisation studies. His current research is focusing on three themes:
Managing people and HR functions in multinational enterprises

- International HRM strategies of MNEs to achieve global integration and local responsiveness in managing people
