Claudia Maher

Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, and a BA Honours in Business Management (Human Resources) from the University of East London. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) (MCIPD), has completed the PG Cert in Higher Education and is FHEA and Prince2 certified.

Claudia’s learning and teaching interests include all areas of HR, including Total Reward – Financial Management, Compensation and Benefits, Transformation of Leadership, The Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Academic Writing. She is currently undertaking research in acting pedagogy in education.

Research

Claudia’s research interests include embracing technology and analytics in HR, organisational psychology, development and change, critical strategies to prepare for the new workforce, UAE employment law, and mediation.
