An organizational consultant and executive coach, Dafna specializes in helping executives realize opportunities for professional growth as they face key leadership challenges. She has consulted and taught with clients including, Capital One, Deloitte, Estee Lauder, Intel, and Shell. Her current research interests cover workplace empowerment, use of ambiguous information in organizational settings, posthumous impressions of organizational leaders, and negotiation. Dafna’s work has been profiled in the multidisciplinary journal Science.
