Daniela Mattheus

Daniela Mattheus is Senior Board Advisor of ECBE. She is a licensed attorney with coaching training and lecturer in executive programs for boards of directors and boards of directors. Daniela Mattheus has more than 18 years of experience in supporting supervisory and advisory boards in the context of efficiency reviews and committee evaluations as well as in advising supervisory boards and executive boards on corporate governance issues, auditing, compliance, risk management and sustainability.

Until 2019 Daniela Mattheus was Equity Partner and EMEIA Corporate Governance Board Services and EMEIA Center for Board Matters Leader. Previously, she led KPMG Board Services in Germany and KPMG-sponsored KPMG's Audit Committee Institute. Since 2020 she has been a member of the supervisory board in various companies.
