Terry College of Business
Knowing you need a consultant or interim executive is a relatively clear-cut decision---but knowing which one you need is the real challenge.
My clients select me because they don’t just want an assessment, a strategy brief, or recommendations---they want someone who will implement the strategy---and be accountable for the success of the initiative.
In every engagement, I have faced complex and seemingly insurmountable challenges. Undeterred by obstacles, I created and implemented breakthrough strategies, reversed failing global initiatives, brought order to chaos, moved critical, stalled initiatives forward, and achieved sustainable transformation. I thrive on not only overcoming immediate challenges but also on implementing sustainable processes to ensure my clients’ future success.
Transformations that I have led succeeded because I impacted both the operational efficiencies and the ability of all stakeholders to understand and adopt the changes.
I spent 17 years in the energy/power industry, in the engineering and operations areas of power generation where I managed large, critical capital projects, and ultimately moved into a marketing role. Knowing how social, environmental, political, and practical concerns allows that industry to bend and flex to meet many diverse demands enabled me to make a rapid and lasting impact for my clients. And, I have also successfully led transformations in the manufacturing, services, construction, and chemicals industries. In each instance, I brought my pragmatic and focused approach, harnessed available resources, operated with transparency, instilled accountability, and aligned the business operationally to drive the needed transformations.
With a core belief that “with the right people, there is always a way,” I have been privileged to work for great clients who trust me to deliver on my promises. And that’s what I do—every time—for every client, and I can do the same for you and your organization.
