Biography

Mr. List serves individuals and the organizations they manage by applying strategic general management and problem solving skills to the assessment and resolution of legal, business, and financial management issues.

Mr. List began his career rising from an operations and market planning analyst to a senior executive in the transportation industry after receiving a B.S. and M.S. in transportation systems engineering from the University of Virginia. He transitioned to general management consulting after completing an MBA at Harvard Business School and an apprenticeship at McKinsey & Company. Service as a corporate director of public and private companies as well as multiple non-profits led to the addition of investment banking and portfolio management to his active interests. Doug has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1999, and has held multiple securities and insurance licenses at various times. He has been licensed to practice law since receiving a J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 2018.
