I am a designer and facilitator at heart, no matter what the product or content. I don''t have all the answers, and I ask great questions. My work focuses on leadership development, learning frameworks for organizations, coaching, and design. I design experiences by listening, asking, playing, and believing in everyone''s desire to develop themselves so their life can impact the world.

As a coach I''m known for being direct, injecting humour when needed, and supporting clients in achieving results. I am most happy being creative, learning, looking at the big picture and moving puzzle pieces to solve a challenge.

I''m faculty with international leadership and creativity organizations such as The Banff Centre and THNK Vancouver, who are known for delivering incredible experiences. Collaborating with tremendously talented people keeps me challenged and evolves the work I do.
