Biography
Hult Ashridge Executive Education
Fiona is an Ashridge Adjunct and an Independent Trainer, Coach and Author. She spent 24 years on the full time faculty at Ashridge where she was a Client and Programme Director.
She spent ten years as a member of the Ashridge Management Committee during which time she managed one of three faculty groups and contributed to the strategic direction of Ashridge. Her teaching focusses mainly in the leadership and personal skill areas and she works with a wide range of clients in both a national and international context. Her client experience includes working with the BBC, Barclays Bank, Abu Dhabi Executive Council, St Gobain, Roche Diagnostics, Alcatel, Novartis and Easyjet.
She has written eleven books the most recent of which are: How to Thrive and Survive as a Working Woman: The Coach Yourself Toolkit (co-authored with Viki Holton),The Leaders Guide to Coaching and Mentoring, The Leader's Guide to Influence and The Leader's Guide to Managing People (co-authored with Mike Brent) and Women in Business (co-authored with Viki Holton).
