Holly Weeks, Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy, teaches, publishes, and consults on communications issues. As principal of Holly Weeks Communication, she consults on negotiating, writing, and speaking. Her book, Failure to Communicate: How Conversations Go Wrong and What You Can Do to Right Them (HBS Press 2008) focuses on difficult conversations. Weeks is a keynote speaker, presenter, and seminar leader at national and international conferences for groups interested in increasing their skill and expertise in communications. She is a speechwriter and has taught Vision Speeches in the Urban Superintendent's Doctoral Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education as well as Management Communication in the Harvard Business School MBA Program. She is also an advising expert on difficult communications for Harvard ManageMentor. Weeks has a master's diploma in English literature from the University of Edinburgh and an AB in English language and literature from Harvard University.
