dr Minoggio advises, represents and defends private individuals and companies nationwide. In difficult and important white collar crime and criminal tax cases. In mandates that require his particularly deep professional experience and his special scientific approach.
In addition, he conducts appeals before the Federal Court of Justice in important criminal proceedings and is responsible for constitutional complaints against criminal convictions.
Finally, he defends in sex offense proceedings in all stages of the proceedings, provided that the facts of the case are disputed and the evidence is difficult.
For many years, attorney Dr. Minoggio held lectureships in commercial criminal law and criminal tax law at the University of Leipzig, the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Münster, the Institute for Risk and Fraud at the Steinbeis University in Berlin and the Frankfurt School of Finance. He has also given many lectures nationwide as part of the further training of lawyers, tax officials, compliance officers and decision-makers from the private sector and associations.
Ingo Minoggio grew up in Northern Germany, worked in construction and in the chemical plant after graduating from high school and left the Bundeswehr as a military police lieutenant. He used to see himself as left-wing politically, but today he describes himself as critical, apolitical and liberal in the sense of securing freedom and civil rights vis-à-vis the state.
During his school and university days he played tennis as a competitive sport, was a contract player in the 2nd league for 10 years and sometimes achieved success in teams (German youth, north German men's, German university and west German young seniors team champion), has 14 honorary years as chairman of a Münster tennis club.
In 2007, at the kind instigation of Karsten Possemeyer, he discovered skydiving and has been pursuing this hobby to this day in the Münster Parachute Club, with more than 1,900 jumps to date . Most of them in Münsterland, occasionally in other countries and on other continents.
