I am based in: Johannesburg

I was referred to THNK by Gabrielle Rosario.

I design and facilitate breakthrough in thinking and action for people and organisations. I create conditions that foster collaborative genius, personal and collective “Aha!” moments.

Currently, I lead the design, facilitation and management of collaborative breakthrough at Deloitte Greenhouse™ Southern Africa.

Having facilitated breakthrough decisions and innovations for executive teams in some of international and Southern Africa’s largest organisations, I turned my attention to where I believe it’s lacking and yet needed the most - the youth. Parallel to my corporate role, I have embarked on developing and delivering “Design Your Future”.

“Design Your Future” is a multi-facet solution that helps young people make informed decisions about their life’s work by discovering a sense of unique purpose and crafting unique professional opportunities to live and work to that purpose.

Key principles that guide everything I do are purpose and intention, inquiry, thinking creatively and understanding systems, experimentation, continuous learning and continuous mastery.

Born in Russia, raised between Russia and Germany, living in South Africa, always working as part of multicultural and multinational teams, and choosing to travel as much as I can, I see myself as a citizen of the world.
