Jan Morsch

Jan Morsch is a researcher and lecturer for the Center for Leadership and Management Development at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. In his courses he focusses on organizational behavior, leadership, personality, team composition and culture. In addition, he also provides courses regarding research methodology and quantitative data analysis. His research activities focus on selection systems, personality, motivation, performance, team composition, cross-cultural differences and other topics associated with the field of organizational dynamics.
 

Jan received two Master’s degrees from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam: the first in Culture, Organization and Management (COM) and the second in Public Policy and Administration. He received his third Master’s degree in Financial Management and Business Administration at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. He finished his PhD in psychology at Nyenrode with the dissertation titled ''Reconsidering manifest needs for the explanation and prediction of individual, team and economic performance’.
