Eli Broad College of Business
Dr. Jonelle Roth has her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Illinois. As a Visiting Professor in the Management Department at MSU, she teaches courses in Human Resources Management, Negotiation Skills, and Organizational Behavior. She has also conducted corporate training in the areas of team building, negotiation, communication, power and influence, leadership, and change management for various companies. Her research has focused on communication, conflict, group decision making, and sexual harassment. She has published numerous articles and is continuing to do research on these topics. She is also a trained mediator and was previously a volunteer mediator for the court system in Georgia.
