Jordi Trullen is an Associate Professor in the Department of People Management and Organization at ESADE Business School, where he teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management. Before joining ESADE, Jordi pursued a PhD in Organization Studies at Boston College.
Jordi''s current research focuses on the effective implementation of new HR practices within organizations, with a special focus on the role played by HR and line managers within that process. His research in this area has also examined predictors of employees'' attitudes towards the introduction of new HR practices. Beyond HR implementation, Jordi''s research interests also include topics on comparative and international HRM, management of older employees, as well as the antecedents and consequences of employees'' more authentic expression and behaviors in the workplace.

His research has appeared in a variety of journal outlets, such as Human Resource Management Journal, International Journal of Manpower, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Journal of Business Research. Jordi''s research has been carried out in a variety of organizations from different industries including 3M, Banc de Sang, DKV, Gas Natural, Microsoft, Nestle, MRW, or Pepsico, among others.
