Julia Santamaria Gonzalez is a PhD researcher in Service Modularity and Customer Experience at Henley Business School. She has developed her experience across diverse industries including electronic, fashion, financial services, call centres, food, health, education and hospitality.

Her professional expertise is focused on services and experience design, for business in expansion as well as for start-ups, human centred design combined with engineering techniques, and knowledge transfer. She integrates it with her academic work on service operations management, customer experience, and employee experience.
