Biography

Julia Rowan works from a long-held belief that work holds deep meaning for people, and that as we spend a lot of time at work, we need to enjoy that time. She believes that managers and leaders are the key people in ensuring that the workplace is a happy and productive place.
Whether working with individuals or groups, Julia is known for quickly getting to the heart of the matter and for creating the space where workable solutions can be found. She builds deep rapport with clients which enables her to constructively challenge and support the individuals and groups she works with. She helps her clients to uncover and focus on the real issues that they are facing, to get perspective on what is really going to make a difference and to work towards clear goals. While often working at a deep level, she brings a lot of lightness and humour to her sessions.
Julia is a huge CPD fan and is always reading, signing up for webinars and attending master classes. She received her M.Sc in Coaching and Behaviour Change from Henley Business School in 2017 and is secretly researching her next foray into formal education. As a way to ‘pay it forward’, Julia established a CPD group for those working with groups and teams in 2015. She organises at least three workshops per year in which her peer group can network, share and learn.
