Kenneth Pasch
at Smeal College of Business
Biography
Smeal College of Business
Ken's financial background brought him to the accounting faculty but it is his love of organizational relationships that drives his efforts. Traces of his understanding of human nature and the resultant motivations is quite evident in the recently completed revision to the introductory accounting course. If exam scores are any indication, he and the team of folks working on the revision "hit the target" dead on! Their goal of improved comprehension have apparently been exceeded and the team is hoping the secondary goal of improved retention is witnessed by instructors in the advanced business topics.
In addition to teaching with PSU, Ken owns & presides over his own business, Ki Visions, Inc. Their focus is on helping individuals and organizations efficiently and effectively accomplish goals. Through motivational speaking, seminars and the written word, Ken and his staff have helped countless numbers of others live a much more satisfying life.
