International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Kristin has a wealth of expertise, with particular strengths in development of innovative market solutions leveraging technology and risk based contracting. She has a demonstrated record of success building organizations from the ground up and recognized as a thought leader in pharmaceutical supply chain, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBMs), payer strategies, digital consumerism, consulting and business development. She also has a deep network of senior leaders at consulting and brokerage houses, payers (employer/labor), PBMs and health plans. Kristin previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer at EmpiRx Health, a market changing Pharmacy Care Management model rooted in payer alignment, risk based contracting and concierge service. Prior to EmpiRx Health she was a founder of Truveris. Her responsibilities included direct revenue generation, creating opportunities for new business offers, client retention and market strategy. Truveris built software deployed by benefit advisors, pharmaceutical manufacturers, health insurers, pharmacies and self-insured plans to help reduce total pharmacy and health care spend. Kristin also served as Hewitt’s National Pharmacy Practice leader responsible for client expansion and oversight including financial, clinical, and operational commitments. Previous roles included Towers Perrin (consulting), a residency in managed care and contributor to DrugFacts.com.
