Laëtitia Gabay-Mariani

Laëtitia Gabay-Mariani is an Assistant Professor at ESSCA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Her doctoral thesis focuses on the role of commitment in the entrepreneurial process. This work fed the impact observatory of the Pépite France Chair, for which she conducted numerous studies on the profiles, trajectories of student-entrepreneurs and the support they receive. She also received the thesis award from the International Association of Strategic Management (AIMS) and the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AEI), ex-aequo with Sandrine Le Pontois.

Her research work focuses on the dynamics and processes, individual or collective, of creation and innovation.
