Biography
My passion has always been to make things happen.
My resources: listening, visualisation, inspiration, and action.
I have combined management at Sinergia with strategic and executive management of complex transformation projects and multi-stakeholder ecosystems, where only by fostering collaboration can results be achieved.
Three aspects have been fundamental for me. Reconciling the different logics at play by shaping them into innovative and motivating strategies for all; identifying and implementing the conditions to obtain satisfactory results that feed back into the system; taking an interest in and updating the small details. Because there is no organisation, team or project that can be considered small in the achievement of its objectives.
My vision and management experience is broad thanks to having faced the difficulty and uniqueness of teams and sectors as varied as public health, environmental management and sustainability, digitalisation, urban planning and mobility, education, tourism strategies, or aspects such as internal corporate culture, alignment of management committees, stimulation of innovation or the development of corporate ESG, through the generation of programmes for the construction and socialisation of complex governance ecosystems or multi-stakeholder systems.
Author of the book OS NECESITO A TOD@S, on purpose, Share Narrative System and distributed leadership (with real cases from BBVA, DKV, Google, Veritas, Enagas, Telefónica, IBM and DIA).
Assuming executive responsibility in multiple areas, I oversaw the Healthy Eating Plan (Plan de Alimentación saludable , Plan de los 1.000 dias) of the Basque Country, the European Science and Innovation Citizen Agenda promoted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Barcelona Mobility Pact. I have been a member of the management team of the winning candidacy of Donostia-San Sebastián 2016 for European Capital of Culture, and responsible for the Nobel Peace Prize candidacy of Vicente Ferrer.
