Marc has been Union Investment Group’s General Counsel Real Estate since July 2013. Prior to moving to Hamburg, Marc was appointed CFO & COO of BEA Union Investment in Hong Kong. Prior to Hong Kong, he worked for Union Investment Group in Frankfurt/Main as Assistant to the Executive Board and Legal Counsel. After training as a banker, Marc was awarded a Konrad Adenauer Scholarship and studied law in Bonn and Lausanne. He holds an LLM in International Business Law (London) and an MBA in Finance (SMI Berlin). He is a fully qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), a CEDR Accredited Mediator, a lecturer at the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg (IRE|BS Immobilienakademie) and chair of the Konrad Adenauer Alumni’s Real Estate Network.
