Marcos Cristal is Founder and Partner of Business Skills, the company with greater experience in Modelling and developing Business Simulations to support Training and Assessment in Latin America. Business Skills has a Partnership with The RBL Group (USA). Marcos Cristal is Certified Leadership Code Instructor by RBL Group.

For 20 years, Marcos Cristal has investigated the subject “Life-Work Integration” and collaborates with his clients in the development of such integration to improve people satisfaction and business results. His experience and vision is reproduced in his book “El Equilibrista, cómo integrar tu Vida y tu Trabajo”, published in 2009 by RandomHouse Mondadori in Mexico and Argentina. His new book “Inteligencia Lúdica, potenciar la innovación y la cooperación para crear organizaciones más ágiles” has been recently published in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. He has become a specialist in these subjects, is invited to give conferences and workshops and has been interviewed by numerous magazines and newspapers from Latin America.

Expert in Systems Dynamics, he has been hired for the design and development of Business Simulations for Strategic Analysis and Future Scenarios, and for People Training and Assessment by Organizations that have participated in his Executive Training Workshops along the American continent, such as Accenture, SAP, Siemens, Renault, Peugeot, Techint, Unilever, Mc Donald's, Danone, Molinos, Arcor, KPMG, Cargill, Repsol, YPF, Telefónica, Telecom, Petrobras, Johnson & Johnson, Air Liquide, Praxair, Citibank, BBVA, Santander, HSBC, ICBC, Toyota, LAN, SAB Miller and others; and academic postgraduate institutions such as UBA, UDESA, IDEA, DI TELLA, UCA, LATAM Business School, UNA, ORT, ANDRES BELLO, ESADE Business School.

He is MBA professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Academic Director of the Program “Inteligencia Lúdica” at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and invited professor at ESADE Business School, Latam Business School, TEC de Monterrey and University of Miami. He is Jury in the competition "Naves", a program for new entrepreneurs at IAE Business School.
