Senior Project Manager for RE & Energy Efficiency Finance
Mr. Stojiljkovic is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Finance Expert at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with more than 10 years of experience in EE and RE technology financing, currently leading the energy efficiency sub-unit within the FS-UNEP Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance. Since 2009, he has actively supported implementation of number of EE/RE financing facilities in Southeast & Eastern Europe and Central and Southeast Asia and has extensive experience in working on implementation of donor-funded EE/RE finance facilities.
Mr. Stojiljkovic has demonstrated competencies and strong track record in: (1) financial due diligence of energy efficiency (EE), renewable energy (RE) and public infrastructure projects; (2) financial methods for private-, public-, PPP and ESCO financing; (3) evaluation of project-related risks, particularly financial and environmental and social risks; (4) institutional and regulatory framework policy advisory; (5) project management, including conceptualization, planning and implementation of specialized EE/RE lending facilities and climate finance feasibility studies; and (6) technical assistance (TA) programme conceptualization, institutional implementation and key-performance indicators monitoring. His engagement included Energy Finance Expert and Team Leader roles in implemented assignments.
Mr. Stojiljkovic is highly familiar with the green technologies financing within private-sector FIs (Banks, leasing companies) has excellent connections in the banking sector (for identification of focal points), is an experienced trainer for EE/RE finance, and has been supporting marketing and product development at several banks in the region.
He holds a M.A. in Economics and Politics. He is native Serbian speaker; fluent in German and English.
