Maurizio Del Conte

Born April 23rd, 1965. J.D. in Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano, PhD in European Labour Law at the Università degli Studi di Pavia

Associate Professor with tenure of Labour Law. He has been visiting professor at the University of Richmond, School of Law (Richmond, Virginia) and at the University of Kobe (Japan). He gave lectures and presentations in several Italian and foreign universities, including Tokyo University (Japan), Kyoto University (Japan), Pennsylvania State University (USA), University College of Dublin (Ireland), Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México-UNAM (Mexico). He is Director of the Researc Unit on Law and Economics Studies - RULES, of the BAFFI Center on International Markets, Money & Regulation. He is editorial coordinator of the journal, Orientamenti della giurisprudenza del lavoro, member of the editorial board of the journal, Diritto delle relazioni industriali, member of the editorial board of the E-Journal of International & Comparative Labour Studies.
