Melea Press holds a PhD from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA, and is specialized in marketing at SKEMA Business School. She studies markets and market systems, broadly speaking. She is interested in support structures that affect how firms develop strategy, build relationships, create value chains and access and interact with the marketplace. She has conducted extensive research in the agricultural sector, with large and small businesses, in the US and in E. Africa. Her research is largely focused on how businesses develop and implement sustainability strategies.
