After graduating from the UW Emergency Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Masters completed an emergency medical services and disaster medicine fellowship with FDNY Hofstra Northwell. She is currently an assistant professor of emergency medicine and medical director of Emergency Medical Services at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. In June 2020, Dr. Masters will be leaving the East Coast for the West to begin her new appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and the Marc Andreessen and Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Director of Disaster Preparedness at Stanford Health Care.
