Merlijn Venus

Merlijn Venus is an Assistant Professor at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. His primary research interests focus on visionary leadership, the leadership of change, and the antecedents of leader behavior. His research on the effective use of emotions by leaders during vision communication received media coverage in Forbes.
